What type of moisture absorbers do we offer?

[1] For Packaging: Our Range of SUPERDRYPAK™ Moisture Absorbers come in a wide range of formats including: sachets, canisters, films, plastics, and vials. Silica gel is used to prevent moisture damage by adsorbing humidity, thus ensuring the shelf-life stability of your product.

[2] For Polymers: Our Range of SUPERSIV™ Moisture Absorbers are available as powders, pastes and are designed to act as moisture scavengers in Polyurea, Polyurethane and Polyaspartic polymer formulations. They absorb moisture, and thus prevent unwanted side reactions within your system. This eliminates the possibility of CO2 bubble formation, and thus improves the surface finish and structural strength of your coatings, adhesives, sealants or elastomers.

[3] For Air Drying: Our SUPAALUMINA™ Activated Alumina Beads are very well suited for air-drying applications, offering a longer shelf life and a greater ability to withstand regenerative drying cycles better than other desiccants

4] For ‘Stay Moist’ Products: Our range of HUMI-BALANCE™ Moisture Absorbers, are ideal for ‘stay-moist’ products such as tobacco and gelantin capsules. The products need to be kept ‘free from aqueous moisture’, but they must also not be ‘over dried’. In essence, they require a balance of “not too much moisture, and not too little“. 5] For Liquid Spillage: Our range of SUPERDRYSORB™ Moisture Absorbers, are ideal for the quick and safe adsorption of noxious liquids associated with in-patient healthcare (e.g. Blood and urine etc). These sachets contain a super-absorbent material that first dissolves into the liquid, and then turns the fluid into a solid jelly-like material, which can more easily be disposed of.
